I typed this up over 2 years ago... I'll go ahead and post it (and then do another updated post for 2026). For the last 4 years I've been busy with other endeavors. I forgot about my little blog. But I figured why not update it now? My friend Tanya closed her Etsy shop in 2019 (I think), so I stopped selling zipper pouches, knit items, and more. My husband and I bought a house and I stayed busy homeschooling my kiddos. I started dabbling in soapmaking. Then in March of 2021, I opened my own business! It's called Stephanie's Soapery. I mostly sell online, but started selling at craft fairs last fall. That was more fun than I expected. I had hoped to participate in at least 3 craft fairs this fall, but had a baby in July. That sure does change things! I made lots of my handcrafted skincare (lotion, sugar scrub, shave cream, foot care, etc) and soap before the baby was born.
